No experience\, strength or flexibility is required\, this session is all about having a laugh\, trying something new and cheering each other on.\nWear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Shorts and no sleeves are recommended\, as skin contact helps you grip the pole\, but wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Please avoid moisturiser or body oils before the session\, as they can make the poles slippery.\nWhat to bring:\nA water bottleComfortable activewear (Shorts are ideal)Liquid Chalk if you have any\nSpots are limited due to the number of poles available\, so grab your ticket early!\nAs always\, NAC will make everyone as comfortable as possible\, if you have any concerns send us a message :)
