We may need to retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety or dispute resolution purposes. Information that cannot immediately be deleted may instead be restricted or de-identified where appropriate.
Ticket cancellation, membership cancellation and data deletion are separate requests. Submitting this form does not automatically cancel an upcoming booking or active membership.
